Katie is a senior freelance creative developer based in NYC who builds experiences that bridge the physical and digital.

She specializes in interactive installations that bring content to life and engage people in the real world. She loves collaborating closely with designers and takes strong ownership of projects from prototype through production and installation.

During her four years at Bluecadet, she worked with a wide range of cultural and educational institutions, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Library of Congress, the California Science Center, the Folger Shakespeare Library, and the MIT Museum. She holds a Master’s degree from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) and a computer science degree from Brown University.

When she’s not in front of a computer, Katie is most likely spending time caring for rescue animals and volunteering to fight NYC’s cat overpopulation crisis.
